BTC's goal is to Empower individuals to be self-sustainable, productive community members, ultimately breaking cycles and supporting themselves and their families proudly.
Our mission is to enable communities to live in harmony, stop violence, change mindsets, support fathers/ families while developing entrepreneurs & leaders through regional strategies to strengthen alignment of local support systems; non-profit, private and government sectors.

In 2023, BTC realized it was truly necessary to expand into economic development to ensure cycles of poverty, racism and disinvestment can be truly broken. We are happy to announce that the mission of Alexander Pulaski Economic Community Development Council to promote the establishment/ development/expansion of industries and non-profits organizations in Alexander and Pulaski counties for the social and economic improvement of communities will be merged under BTC mission and leadership as of November 2023.
